Return and Exchange Policy
At Evolution Sports Wear, we care about your comfort, your confidence, and your satisfaction. We know that sometimes, even with the best intentions, things don’t go as planned. Maybe the size isn’t quite right, the color looks different in person, or you simply changed your mind. That’s okay! We’ve created this return and exchange policy to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

How Long Do You Have to Return Something?
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange any item. That means if your parcel arrives on the 1st of the month, you have until the 15th to let us know you’d like to return or exchange it.
We recommend checking your items as soon as they arrive so you don’t miss the deadline.

What Can Be Returned?
You can return most items as long as:
- They are still in brand-new condition.
- They have not been worn, washed, or damaged.
- All tags and labels are still attached.
- They are in their original packaging (like the plastic sleeve or box).

 What Cannot Be Returned?
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons. These include:
- Final sale items or clearance items marked “No Returns”.
- Customized clothing (for example size) If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before sending it back.

Can You Exchange an Item?
Yes! If you ordered the wrong size or want a different color, we’ll gladly help you exchange it—as long as the item is still in
returnable condition. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll offer you:
- A different item of the same value,
- A store credit to use later,
- Or a refund to your original payment method.

How Do Refunds Work?
Once we receive your returned item and check that it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund. This usually takes 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds go back to the same payment method you used:
- If you paid by card, the money goes back to your card.
- If you used EFT, we’ll ask for your banking details to send the refund.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are not refunded, unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake.
- We’ll let you know by email once your refund is on its way.

How Do You Return an Item?
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide:

Include your order number, your full name, and a short message explaining what you want to return
or exchange.
2.We’ll reply with a return form and instructions.
3.Pack your item securely in its original packaging. Include the return form inside the parcel.
4.Drop it off at your nearest courier point or post office.(We’ll let you know which courier to use.)
5.Once we receive your parcel, we’ll inspect it and process your exchange or refund.

 What If the Item Is Damaged or Incorrect?
If your item arrives with a defect, or it’s not what you ordered, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us an email with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A short description of the problem
We’ll fix it quickly—either by sending a replacement or giving you a full refund, including shipping.
